  Usually the service here is below average only cuz nobody seems to really want to help. But that all changed on December 5th 2017 when I met Ron in the paint department. I had a difficult color to match and Ron wouldnt give up until he got it absolutely perfect which he did, all of this in between juggling other customers all by himself!! If there is an award for Most Valuable Home Depot employee he would definitely get my vote. Thanks again Ron! Donna in paint also does a great job. Charlie G

  I am specifically giving two stars to the customer service desk area! A young lady (first name starts with an A) has such an attitude. No smile and poor service. Actually made comments in front of my while I was waiting an hour for the locksmith that she was doing too many tasks at once....really? She never left her chair! When another woman helped me and apologized for the long wait, Girl with the "A" name rolled her eyes. I am disappointed that it took one employee to make me write a review like this that can affect the whole store because everyone else has been great!
